Halcyon days on Second Ave.
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group announced that sales will launch in July for Halcyon, a 32-story residential condominium under development by HFZ Capital Group and its equity partner, CIM Group, at 305 East 51st Street in Midtown.
Halcyon will feature 123 one-to-four bedroom luxury condos, including two duplex penthouses with private terraces, and over 10,000 s/f of amenities.
Initial pricing will range from approximately $1.3 million to above $10 million.
?As the name Halcyon suggests, the intent of the building?s design was to provide an oasis of calm in Midtown,? said Ziel Feldman, founder and managing principal of HFZ Capital Group.
?The building?s striking architectural profile, handsome interiors, and extensive array of amenities will set a new standard of luxury in the neighborhood.?
Architect and interior designer S. Russell Groves designed the interiors of both the residences and the amenity spaces.
Designed by SLCE Architects, the glass and bronze window wall tower has a limestone base of Halcyon. ?The building will be a significant addition to the Second Avenue streetscape,? said SLCE partner James S. Davidson.

Bigger is better at 530 Park
Developer RFR Holdings LLC announced that the luxury condominium at 530 Park Avenue has released new residences for sale.
Buyers now have the opportunity of purchasing a 5,500 s/f, five-bedroom home on the 18th floor with terraces and a Central Park view, or a full-floor townhouse with more than 11,000 s/f on the second floor with its own private street entrance.
These are in addition to the selection of one- to four-bedroom residences currently available.
?530 Park offers buyers well planned residences which feature an exclusive pairing of modern amenities and the lifestyle and convenience of Park Avenue living. In particular, these residences are stand-outs ? it is almost impossible to find an 11,000 s/f home on one floor anywhere in the Upper East Side,? said Aby Rosen, co-founder of the building?s developer, RFR Holdings.
Jay Solinsky, president of Classic Marketing, exclusive sales agent for the property: ?With the release of these two special residences, buyers have the rare opportunity to own a truly remarkable, one-of-a-kind, home on coveted Park Avenue.
